TrainCalc's answer

TrainCalc began as a side project by Alex, a software engineer, and Tati, a yoga and wellness enthusiast. We wanted tools that were accurate, fast, and actually explained the science behind the numbers. So we built them — from scratch — with top-tier engineering, real formulas, and no shortcuts. What started as a personal need became a global wellness project.
