TrackItWeekly was built by Nik Gripton, a Director of Operations managing a 10-unit franchise. She needed a simple, consistent inventory system for her managers โ something they'd actually use. Nothing on the market fit. So she built it herself. It's now being brought to other operators under Real Operations, LLC โ a company whose tagline says it all: "The Operating System for Small Business."
