Tiny Tiny RSS
Nextless.jsNextless.js is recommended for startups and individual developers who aim to bring a SaaS product to market quickly without building everything from scratch. It is also suitable for those who appreciate working with React and Next.js but may lack expertise in backend development. However, developers who need highly customized solutions with specific backend requirements might find a more tailored approach more suitable.

It's actively developed, has been around for over a decade (I have been using it since Google Reader shut down) and has been super stable. I guess the only thing it doesn't have that a SaaS offering could do would be some sort of recommendation engine (which I have... - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
Ttrss (https://tt-rss.org/) self hosted. When Google Reader shut down I switch to feedly for a bit, don't remember now why but for some reason I didn't like it. So I started self hosting my own instance of ttrss and haven't looked back since. - Source: Hacker News / almost 2 years ago
