What's the story behind your product?

Tiker's answer

I was coordinating bots manually. While it was productive, it was painful. I had my team of agents build a kanban to keep us organized. I create a task, tag a bot, they work on it. When it's ready, I review and comment or take the card to real-time chat. It changed my life, so I turned it into a product.
