I would not recommend subscribing to TierBuddy Pro.
Cancelling the subscription is unnecessarily difficult. Their FAQ states that you can โcancel anytimeโ and cancel through your account settings, but when I went to Account Settings, the only options available were turning NSFW content on or off and deleting my account. There was no visible option to manage or cancel my Pro subscription.
I also tried contacting them directly, but every attempt returned โMessage could not be sent.โ This left me with no clear way to contact support or cancel through the method they advertise.
Another concern is that I have received no monthly invoices or payment receipts when my Pro subscription is charged. Because of this, the recurring charges can easily pile up on your bank statement without you noticing.
I am not taking legal action at this stage, but this has been an extremely frustrating experience. Until TierBuddy provides a clear cancellation option, reliable customer support, and proper billing notifications, I definitely would not recommend subscribing to Pro.

Automated analysis tools: SonarQube, CodeClimate, and Codacy detect code-level debt automatically: cyclomatic complexity, code duplication, dependency staleness, and coverage gaps. These tools supplement but don't replace the architectural and business-logic debt that requires human judgment to identify and document. - Source: dev.to / 3 months ago
