ThriveSuite includes a Comments module that can do what you're looking for. You can place commenting option anywhere you want (top, bottom, middle, etc.) on both posts and pages (ie. I use wpDiscuz, and it works very well for me! It looks like it would heavily clash with your blog's aesthetic, however, so I don't know if I can recommend it for your use case. Source: over 4 years ago
