Thrive Comments VS FastComments

ThriveSuite includes a Comments module that can do what you're looking for. You can place commenting option anywhere you want (top, bottom, middle, etc.) on both posts and pages (ie. If you don’t mind paying, it may be worth taking a look at other options like Commento or FastComments. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be anything on the market that lets you heavily customise the design to suit your needs.
