This course actually starts with an introduction to Python. Since you don't have access yet, you can give Think Python a whirl - https://greenteapress.com/wp/think-python/ and for a more interactive experience, I really enjoyed this one - https://scrimba.com/learn/python. Source: over 3 years ago

This free book taught me Python many years ago https://greenteapress.com/wp/think-python/. Source: about 4 years ago

Computer Science โ For understanding software development. As for a programming language to learn, I recommend Python or Javascript. Try Crash Course's Computer Science videos, the free Think Python book, and/or Part 1 of The Modern JavaScript Tutorial. Source: over 4 years ago
A last note to my progress is that I started using Lifesum to track calorie intake and macro nutrients after my weight loss, in order to find my balance and gain a more healthy relationship with eating - I learned so much from that. I was straight up practising malnutrition and had a very unhealthy fear of carbs and fat for a long time - but I also needed to loose that weight, maybe just not THAT fast ๐. Source: over 3 years ago
I don't have the premium version but if you're willing to shell the $, Lifesum has a beautiful interface, barcode scanning, recipes, and nutrition tracking info. You'll get macros at the free level. Source: almost 4 years ago
*** For what it's worth, I'm switching to Lifesum for tracking calories. I looked at the majority of major apps, and this seems like it fits best for me. ***. Source: almost 4 years ago
I use Lifesum. Best user experience from all the apps Iโve used before. Itโs paid but I think itโs pretty cheap ($23 /year) https://lifesum.com. Source: almost 4 years ago
Iโve only tried Lifesum and Yazio. Recommend them both. Source: about 4 years ago
