Weโ€™re excited to introduce there โ€” the app to take notes, create reports from them using AI, and eliminating the hassle of manually using 5 to 10 apps to actually send a report.

Here is a breakdown of how you can simplify the process from 8 steps to just 3.

Before, project and business leaders had multiple steps to go through, with multiple tools:

  1. ๐Ÿ“ย Take notes on paper, dedicated notes apps
  2. ๐Ÿ“‘ย Copy-paste notes to Word
  3. ๐Ÿง ย Copy-paste texts into ChatGPT to optimize, rewrite, shorten it, then copy-paste back in Word
  4. ๐Ÿ“ธย Send photos taken with their phone to themself using email, download them, add them to Word, then doing dozens of clicks to format them as needed
  5. โฌ‡๏ธย Export file as a PDF
  6. ๐Ÿ—œ๏ธย Compress this PDF as it is way too big to be shared
  7. ๐Ÿ“จย Finally email could be sent, but no one know whoโ€™ve read it or not
  8. ๐Ÿ‘ฅย So one had to set up a meeting to present its report to the recipients, needing time and energy, reducing efficiency and speed of interactions

Now, they can do it way simpler:

  1. ๐Ÿ“ฑย Take notes directly in there, on the web and on the mobile app (coming soon)
  2. ๐Ÿ˜€ย Useless friction is eliminated:
    1. ๐Ÿ‘†ย No more copy-pasting, note can be dragโ€™n dropped directly in the report
    2. ๐Ÿง ย No more Word to ChatGPT to Word, everything is integrated in there
    3. ๐Ÿž๏ธย No more photo import, as notes are directly available, and a simple dragโ€™n drop creates a stunning yet flexible gallery
    4. โฌ‡๏ธย No more PDF export needed, an email is sent, with a mobile-first reading experience
    5. ๐Ÿ—œ๏ธย No more PDF compression needed
  3. ๐Ÿ“จย Email is sent, and the sended knows whoโ€™ve read it or not

Currently in private alpha:

Our first users are loving the design, the speed, the way they now love to write reports in a breeze, and knowing whoโ€™ve actually read it.

Analysis of there.do

Overall verdict

  • There.do appears to be a task/productivity management tool, but without verified, up-to-date information on its current features, pricing, and user feedback, I cannot confirm its quality or reliability with confidence. I recommend researching current reviews and testing it directly before committing.

Why this product is good

  • Task and productivity tools like there.do typically aim to simplify workflow management
  • May offer a clean interface for organizing to-dos and schedules
  • Could integrate with other productivity apps depending on its current feature set
  • Lacks sufficient verified recent data to fully confirm its effectiveness or reliability

Recommended for

  • Individuals seeking simple task management solutions
  • Users who prefer trying newer or niche productivity apps
  • Those who want to compare it against established alternatives before switching
  • People who value hands-on testing over relying solely on reviews

Analysis of Modelence

Overall verdict

  • Modelence appears to be a modern backend/full-stack framework or platform aimed at simplifying application development, but as it is a relatively new and niche product, thorough due diligence (checking recent reviews, documentation quality, and community support) is recommended before committing to it for production use.

Why this product is good

  • Aims to streamline backend development with a structured, possibly opinionated framework
  • May offer built-in features like authentication, database integration, and API generation to speed up development
  • Could provide a modern developer experience with TypeScript/JavaScript support
  • Potentially reduces boilerplate code compared to building from scratch

Recommended for

  • Developers looking for a faster way to bootstrap backend services
  • Small teams or solo developers wanting an opinionated structure to avoid decision fatigue
  • Projects in early-stage or MVP development where speed matters more than extensive customization
  • Those already familiar with the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem seeking an integrated solution
