It works in other apps and it works on other websites including this one. I prefer Safari but the problem is replicated on Chrome. I am running a 2021 MacBook pro with the latest OS.     It depends on the volume but you could find an Order Management System (OMS) for your selling channels. This software would allow you to sync your orders into the software and stream line the pick pack process. Options like shipstation.com etc. This is better for lower volumes.
