Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing The Neuron and Codegres.org.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

The Neuron's answer

Product managers, CPOs, and founders at fast-moving B2B SaaS companies who need to align teams and eliminate decision-making overhead.

What's the story behind your product?

The Neuron's answer

NEURON was built by UNCHAIN Co., Ltd., a Tokyo-based AI company. The founders kept seeing the same problem across product teams — critical decisions buried in Slack, rationale lost after reorgs, and engineers repeating past failures. NEURON was built to solve this by turning scattered signals into structured, traceable decision intelligence.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

The Neuron's answer

NEURON is built on a multi-agent AI architecture using Claude by Anthropic as the core reasoning engine, with integrations into Slack, Jira, Notion, Google Drive, Linear, and more.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

The Neuron's answer

  • UC Berkeley
  • Lehigh University
  • Iida Group Holdings
  • Ascon (part of Aoyama Holdings)

What makes your product unique?

The Neuron's answer

NEURON is the only decision intelligence platform that captures not just what was decided, but why — automatically, from your existing tools. Its multi-agent AI synthesis (Analyst, Skeptic, and Advocate agents) surfaces decisions, risks, and next steps without any manual input from the team.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

The Neuron's answer

Unlike Notion, Confluence, or Productboard, NEURON doesn't require teams to manually document decisions. It connects to your existing tools and does the capturing automatically — so institutional knowledge is preserved even after reorgs, turnover, or six months of drift.
