Texas Solver is a free one. I now of atleast one other free one that also works in the brower ( though with reduced RAM), but sadly forgot its name; if I remember I'll edit. Source: almost 4 years ago

The only free solver is Texas Solver. The only free Poker Tracker is the very basic statistics available through PokerCraft when you play on GG Poker although some other sites have hand review built in like PokerStars has Boom Replayer.... Source: about 4 years ago
