You think at 150 words per minute. You type at 40. TellDone closes the gap.
Speak naturally "call John tomorrow at 3, finish the report by Friday, pick up milk on the way home" and TellDone creates three separate items: a calendar event, a task with a deadline, and a reminder. No forms, no menus, no drag-and-drop.
Apple Calendar, Reminders, Todoist, Notion, Things 3, Google Tasks, Apple Notes, Apple Journal. Plus email forwarding, HMAC-signed webhooks for Zapier/Make/n8n, and MCP with 21 tools for AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf).
Free plan: 50 notes/mo, 60 min transcription, Apple integrations. Basic ($4.99/mo): Smart Context, daily reports, 1 cloud app. Pro ($11.99/mo): all integrations, full reports, MCP. Ultra ($24.99/mo): unlimited notes, best AI accuracy, audio in automations.
iPhone (iOS 18+), Apple Watch (Series 6+), and web. Android in development.

TellDone App's answer
Most voice apps stop at transcription. They give you text and leave the rest to you. TellDone analyzes what you said and acts on it. One recording can create tasks with deadlines, calendar events with attendees, and structured notes with tags, all at once. Say "finished the report" and the matching task gets checked off. Did something that wasn't on your list? It's logged as a completed achievement. No other app does voice-to-action across tasks, calendar, and notes simultaneously.
TellDone App's answer
Otter.ai transcribes meetings but doesn't create tasks. Todoist Ramble adds voice to an existing task app, but it's a feature, not a product. Voiset focuses on scheduling. TellDone is the only app where a single voice recording creates structured output across multiple apps, without you opening any of them. Plus Smart Context, AI reports, Apple Watch support, 60+ languages, and MCP for AI agents.
TellDone App's answer
Busy professionals and knowledge workers who capture ideas on the go: while driving, walking, or between meetings. People who already use Todoist, Notion, or Apple Calendar but are tired of typing into them. Indie hackers and developers who want webhook and MCP integrations. Anyone who thinks faster than they type and loses ideas before they can write them down.
TellDone App's answer
I've tried 51 productivity apps over 15 years. Every one of them had the same problem - they made organizing easy but capturing hard. I'd have a thought while driving, and by the time I could type it, half of it was gone. I built TellDone because I wanted to speak for 10 seconds and have everything organized across my apps without touching a keyboard. The name means exactly what it does - tell, and it's done.
