TextStager is a free web app for drafting and organizing messages before sending them. Prepare text messages, emails, workplace chats, and other communications in one place.

Save drafts as individual message cards, edit the wording, reorder messages, and organize them into tabs. Collapse cards to reduce clutter, then copy a message into your preferred app when you are ready to send it. TextStager does not send or schedule messages.

The core drafting tools work without registration. An optional account lets you access drafts saved while signed in across devices. An optional AI writing assistant can help draft or improve a message, but AI is not required to use the staging tools.

TextStager runs directly in a browser and is free to use, with no external advertising.
