While I use mainly VS or VSC, and Notepad++/Sublime Text less and less, I find TED Notepad indispensable. Source: over 3 years ago
Many good programs... But you might want to add: Ted Notepad A very small, and seemingly simple text editor, loaded with powerful features. Source: about 4 years ago
Copy the whole document, and insert it into TED Notepad - now it's only a question of a few keystrokes before you have extracted all words and made an alphabetized list showing the number of times each word appear. (word frequency) This is also a great way to catch alternate spellings which your spell-checker might not flag. Searching and editing in a text-editor is so much faster, that I'll never downgrade to a... Source: about 4 years ago
I use Kompozer for the few times that I must make something more complicated than what I can handle in my text-editor :) Seriously... Use TED for text entry and editing - after a short while you won't want to downgrade to a GUI wordprocessor... Source: over 4 years ago
Sometimes I'm editing 2 documents at once, so I needed another text editor and I found this: TED Notepad is better than Notepad. It's free. I mean really free, not "free after you register and give us your credit card number". Source: over 4 years ago
I have an 11 GB VPS with Windows on it, and itโs running perfectly. I 100% recommend this hosting, because of itโs pricing and support. I give $8.25 a month for an 11 GB VPS. Which would cost up to $55 a month on popular hosting providers like, Linode, Vultr, and Digital Ocean. Source: over 4 years ago
Anyone that hosts a server using the cloud provider linode.com Do you encounter any limits regarding the CPU speed? Source: over 4 years ago
One of my best recommendations is to spin up a linux server in the cloud, you can do it for free for a few months from linode.com for example. Setting up an online server for a game you like playing can also be a rewarding learning experience for networking and Linux in general. Source: over 4 years ago
Then you can buy a VPS from linode.com, katapult.io, contabo.com or hetzner.cloud, I'd recommend a 4gb VPS, and in order to run, it has to be over 2gb. For the OS, choose AlmaLinux or a supported version of CentOS. Source: over 4 years ago
Use VPS, don't use shared web hosting when you generate content as it tends to use lots of resources like RAM, CPU %, and storage. I'd recommend hetzner.com, contabo.com, or linode.com. Source: over 4 years ago
