What's the story behind your product?

It started as a personal "scratch your own itch" project. As a developer, I was tired of mentally calculating "500 Mbps / 8" to figure out my real download speed. I realized existing tools were either outdated or riddled with ads. I built TechCalc as a modern, lightweight utility to solve these daily tech math problems once and for all.

The platform is built using Next.js 14 (App Router) for performance and SEO, styled with Tailwind CSS for a lightweight UI, and hosted on Vercel's Edge Network for global accessibility.
