Set up an account on taskrabbit.com or similar and refer them to continue from there. If the market is dead, I'd certainly take it. Source: about 3 years ago
Maybe taskrabbit.com, I'm sure there are competitors now too. Source: about 3 years ago
There is a website called taskrabbit.com that tries to put people who need small stuff done with people who can do it. Need someone to wait in line for you? Check the site. Someone to put together a IKEA desk? Check the site. Source: over 3 years ago
Possibly checkout taskrabbit.com or fiverr. Com - you can sell your services through them. Source: over 3 years ago
Heya! I do a lot of this, doing BRRRRs in 2 markets out of state, and not visiting them (by design). 1. GC - first layer of management 2. Agent - to check in on property 1-2 times every 2 weeks, no management responsibilities 3. 3rd party - I hire someone local who ISNT being paid by the transaction (GC/Agent) to go in the property and take 140 pictures and upload them to me or our remote team directly. Interesting the article jumps straight from REST to GraphQL and forgets Falcor[0] - Netflix's alternative vision for federated services. For a while it looked like it might be a contender to GraphQL but it never really seemed to take off despite being simpler to adopt. - obviously netflix with falcor, EVCache and hundreds of other projects. Source: about 4 years ago
I pushed for Falcor over GraphQL in 2016. I still think Falcor was a more elegant core idea, but the implementation, tooling, and community never materialized like it did with GraphQL, and now Falcor is relatively niche and obscure. Netflix wasn't willing or able to promote it like Facebook did with GraphQL. That was beginning to be apparent in 2016, but I liked the concept too much. Source: almost 5 years ago
Netflix has two amazing aspects I think. One is obviously the movie infrastructure and the other the way they do data and state management. I would read up on https://netflix.github.io/falcor to get an idea what is involved here.to be honest I dont get the point of rebuilding the visual aspects of their web app, that part is trivial and also completely useless without the parts that matter.
