There's https://tailwindui.com/?ref=top, from the Tailwind CSS people. They come with a "HTML" mode, which I think means no JS. But if you need interactivity, on the web it has to be JS, because that's the only thing that can manipulate the DOM. In the last few days, I have been testing with Stable Diffusion's AI Image Generator (text-to-image) to create a futurebucket logo. For me as a beginner, I am quite satisfied with the results. Hey guys, I used to use this stable diffusion UI a lot (https://stablediffusionweb.com/). It used to be much simpler though, a single line for a prompt and would generate 4 images in usually 10 second. Source: almost 3 years ago
I got acquainted with stablediffusionweb.com and the Playground option it had back in May 2023 and made some good use of it from there to mid-July or so. Got busy, hadn't used it until late August, now I come back and see the Playground is a different thing entirely now that it's "Stable Diffusion XL 1.5" or something.
