PM for 5+ years and Iโm still horrible at taking notes. I canโt multitask between understanding the conversation thatโs happening, providing input AND writing whatโs happening at the same time! I finally got the courage to tell folks to wait so that I can finish writing โnext stepsโ before continuing the conversation.
