  PM for 5+ years and I’m still horrible at taking notes. I can’t multitask between understanding the conversation that’s happening, providing input AND writing what’s happening at the same time! I finally got the courage to tell folks to wait so that I can finish writing “next steps” before continuing the conversation. • Live code screening practice?

  The specific target interview format I have in mind is via a shared, live editor (e.g. https://coderpad.io/) and a video link, lasting ~1hr. The practice format might be more like 45min for the interview followed by 15 - 30min for feedback and discussion.
