Tableport.gg is a โ€œsteam for board gamesโ€. The founder started building the app for his friend group and for their weekend and get-togethers. Slowly the hobby project has slowly grown to include more and more friends and at some point it was necessary to make the app public.

For players, the app is intended as the go to place to find things to do, and to find people to do them with. For organizations such as venues and publishers and game creators, weโ€™re looking to take away the โ€œinjuries by a thousand cutsโ€ from game publishing and community building, and either bring all the necessary tools on to a single platform, or to automate the processes outright. Game creators get to focus on creating games, whereas venues get to focus on making their hub even more awesome, we handle the chores such as bookings, freight, logistics, warehousing and deliveries, and international VAT accounting, among other things.

Using the platform is free, but if an organization decides to use the platform for sales, we take a fixed percentage off of the final sales.
