One simple price for unlimited everything. Absolutely no usage limits. Really Simple Support is purpose built for founders, entrepreneurs, early stage startups. Its the anti-intercom, the anti-zendesk. We're founder friendly and that shows in our pricing and our offering. Its also just a great product.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Because helpdesk software is typically complicated to set up, has complicated pricing structures and generally an overblown feature set. Really Simple Support is simple and easy by design. You can be setup in literally 2 minutes.

What's the story behind your product?

Really Simple Support's answer:

I am a successful SaaS founder and I'm now wanting to go back to building grass roots products because I remember how hard it was in the early days. I want to build GREAT products for founders and entrepreneurs that don't cost the earth and are simple to use.

    I like the the https://josh-berry.github.io/tab-stash/ extension. Not exactly what you want, but IMO a very well-done extension in that space. Firefox handle lots of tabs very well though since the tabs are lazily loaded.
