This year I moved off LastPass, and started using [Syncthing](https://syncthing.net/) to sync my [KeepassXC](https://keepassxc.org/). Is there some app with at least million of downloads, which can set up multiple countdown timers, also it should be able to set recurring timers and recurring notification sound (in case I am AFK)!
