Therapy does not only happen during the 50 minutes spent with a therapist. A large part of the therapeutic process happens between sessions: remembering experiences, noticing emotional patterns, reflecting on difficult moments, and deciding what is worth bringing up next time.

Symplia was created to make that part of therapy easier.

The goal is simple: give people a dedicated space to capture what matters between sessions and use those reflections to have more focused, productive conversations when they return to therapy.
