I can't think of a reason why this is -security wise- a reason to stuck to only the companies' Office 365-splash page as everyones default startpage. My gut feeling says that enabling a 2nd tab (with a startpage I can set) is not very different to me opening a 2nd tab myself and starting my own prefered startpage (symbaloo.com). No upfront cost, but they take a % of your salary when you get a job for the first two years until you pay their full cost. While you don't need a boot camp, I highly recommend Lambda School (https://lambdaschool.com). They charge nothing upfront and you only pay them back (17% up to $30k) when you get a high paying job.
