I use the HAMS method. I reduced from 14-18 units a day to 7. Then I tappered down to 6 for a couple of weeks then 5 for a couple of weeks and so and so forth until I could go one day being AF. This is pretty cool - the Jira/Linear integration could save a ton of manual work. How do you handle test data setup and teardown? That's usually where these workflows get messy.
