SudoMock is visual infrastructure for e-commerce. A REST API that transforms PSD templates into rendered product mockups in under one second.

The Problem Product visualization hasn't kept pace with e-commerce growth. Manual Photoshop workflows don't scale. Enterprise rendering APIs are expensive. Every product listing needs dozens of images, but the tooling assumes you're making one at a time.

The Solution SudoMock processes Photoshop files server-side at infrastructure-level efficiency. Upload a PSD template with Smart Object layers once, then generate unlimited variations via API calls.

Key Features - Sub-second rendering with CDN-hosted output URLs - $0.002 per render with predictable credit-based pricing - Unlimited Smart Objects per template, no file size limits - Output formats: PNG, JPEG, WebP up to 8000px resolution - Native integrations with n8n, Zapier, and Make - Free visual playground for testing

Who It's For - Print-on-demand sellers (Etsy, Amazon, Shopify) - E-commerce platforms needing dynamic product visualization - Marketing teams automating campaign assets - Developers building product customization tools

Technical Approach Purpose-built PSD processing engine optimized for throughput and cost efficiency. No third-party rendering dependencies. 99.9% uptime, 2M+ renders served.

Pricing Free tier: 500 API credits + unlimited dashboard usage Paid plans start at $19/month with no surprise overages.

RepDB is a one-time-purchase exercise dataset for developers building fitness and workout apps โ€” not a subscription, not a rate-limited API. You download the data once and own it: JSON (and SQLite on the higher tier), WebP images, and full EN/DE/ES translations, with no per-request billing and no dependency on our servers staying up.

A free tier includes 400 exercises with flat-style 512ร—512 images, attribution-licensed for commercial in-app use. The Starter tier ($199) adds the full catalog in classic white-background style. Standard ($399) adds transparent 1024px images, looping animations, exercise relations (similar/progressions/regressions), workout templates, and embeddings โ€” exclusive to that tier.

Every exercise includes muscle-group highlighting, equipment/muscle icons, MET values, and safety/goal tags. Compared to GIF- or JPG-based competitor APIs, RepDB images are transparent WebP with no watermarks, so they drop into any app UI without a white box around them.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing SudoMock and RepDB.

What makes your product unique?

SudoMock's answer

SudoMock runs on a purpose-built PSD processing engine written from scratch in Python โ€” no third-party rendering dependencies, no licensed libraries, no Adobe SDK. This architectural decision eliminates licensing costs and gives us full control over the rendering pipeline. Most competitors wrap existing commercial engines and inherit those costs. We engineered ours specifically for throughput and cost efficiency. The result: sub-second response times at $0.002 per render, with 99.9% uptime and over 2 million renders served.

RepDB's answer:

RepDB is sold as a one-time download, not a metered API โ€” you own the JSON/SQLite data and WebP images outright, with no rate limits, no per-request billing, and no risk of the vendor cutting off access. It's also the only dataset in this space with EN/DE/ES translations, transparent (alpha-channel) images with no watermark, muscle-group highlighting, safety/goal tags, and looping animations on the higher tier.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

SudoMock's answer

Three reasons: Price, Speed, and Simplicity.

Price: At $0.002 per render with no hidden fees, SudoMock is significantly more cost-efficient than alternatives charging $0.05-$0.15 per render.

Speed: Our API responds in under 1 second for most templates. No queue delays, no waiting for workers to spin up.

Simplicity: Upload your PSD once, call the API with your design assets, get a CDN-hosted URL back. We also offer a free visual playground to test before you code, and native integrations with n8n, Zapier, and Make for no-code automation workflows.

RepDB's answer:

Most alternatives are subscription APIs โ€” you pay monthly, you're capped on requests, and ExerciseDB's terms of use explicitly forbid caching or storing the data at all, so every image render is a live paid API call. RepDB is the opposite: pay once, download the files, self-host with zero ongoing dependency. It's also the only option offering true DE/ES localization and transparent images instead of a white box behind every exercise.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

SudoMock's answer

Print-on-demand sellers and e-commerce platforms that need product mockups at scale. Our typical users are Etsy, Amazon, and Shopify sellers generating hundreds or thousands of product images daily. We also serve SaaS platforms building product customization features, marketing teams automating campaign assets, and agencies managing multiple client catalogs. Anyone who needs reliable, high-volume mockup generation with predictable pricing is our target audience.

RepDB's answer:

Solo developers and small teams building fitness or workout-tracking apps (iOS, Android, web) who need licensed exercise images and structured exercise data, but don't want to build their own media pipeline or depend on a rate-limited third-party API.

What's the story behind your product?

SudoMock's answer

SudoMock emerged from a gap in the market. Print-on-demand and e-commerce platforms need to generate thousands of product mockups daily, but existing solutions present a scaling problem: enterprise APIs charge $0.05-$0.15 per render โ€” costs that become prohibitive at tens of thousands of images monthly. Meanwhile, budget alternatives sacrifice speed and reliability.

The founding team observed this pattern across the industry โ€” teams either overpaying for enterprise tools or building fragile in-house solutions. The answer was a purpose-built PSD processing engine: no Adobe dependencies, no licensed rendering libraries, just infrastructure optimized for throughput and cost efficiency.

SudoMock packages that engine as a standalone API service. It now serves over 2 million renders for teams who need infrastructure-grade reliability without enterprise pricing โ€” filling the gap between expensive enterprise tools and unreliable budget options.

RepDB's answer:

RepDB grew out of a consumer workout app its creator was building solo. Sourcing exercise images and data meant either paying for a subscription API with usage caps and no caching rights, or producing everything from scratch. The illustrated, multi-language dataset was built for us first, then split out as its own product once it became clear other indie developers had the same problem and preferred to buy the data outright rather than rent it through an API.
