What makes your product unique?

Subziez goes beyond simple subscription tracking by tackling the two things that actually cost people money: forgotten free trials and awkward money conversations with friends. It warns you before a trial converts to paid, and it automatically reminds friends to pay their share of shared plans — no more chasing people for Netflix money.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Most subscription trackers stop at "here's your list of subscriptions." Subziez adds a full spending dashboard, renewal alerts up to 30 days out, trial-expiry warnings, and — uniquely — shared-plan splitting with automatic payment-request reminders via Cash App, Revolut, PayPal, Venmo, or Wise. It also supports 500+ services with logos, Gmail import, and multi-currency conversion, all free to start.

Anyone juggling multiple subscriptions and free trials who wants to avoid surprise charges — and especially people who share paid plans (Netflix, Spotify, gym memberships) with roommates, partners, or friends and are tired of being the one who has to chase everyone for money.

What's the story behind your product?

Subziez's answer

Subziez was built to solve two everyday annoyances: getting silently charged when a free trial ends, and being the person who always has to ask friends to pay them back for a shared subscription. It combines subscription/trial tracking with built-in bill splitting so both problems are solved in one place.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Subziez's answer

React Native (Expo), Firebase, PostHog for analytics, and Sentry for crash reporting.
