Subversive Leader is a leadership coaching platform. Zmara is an AI coach users have conversations with about real workplace challenges: navigating difficult conversations, managing up, dealing with imposter syndrome, and figuring out how to lead authentically.

Additionally, an Influence Dynamics Interview provides a profile analysis and recommended goals for managing up, managing peers, or managing teams. Other features include wellbeing check-ins, monthly professional updates, and career milestone tracking.
The platform is designed primarily for early and mid-career professionals, with particular attention to leaders from marginalized backgrounds who are developing their leadership identity.
