Logi's hardware is nice, but their software just freaking sucks the electrons out of a battery. It's awful. Just switched from logi options to Steer Mouse myself. You can map the buttons and add chords. The only thing it might lack is being able to use mouse movement as a trigger (eg hold the back button and move left to change spaces). Patch Manager will do everything you're looking for (floor plans, comm rooms, racks, equipment). It's easier than AutoCAD but there is a learning curve and configuration required. It is a very powerful visual documentation tool though, definitly worth a look. Source: about 4 years ago
