Could someone explain what I'm looking at? I think this is from `https://statcounter.com/` (?), but that site doesn't load for me at the moment, and there's no readme or description on that (1 star) repo, or its associated account. One of my best recommendations is to spin up a linux server in the cloud, you can do it for free for a few months from linode.com for example.
