Could someone explain what I'm looking at? I think this is from `https://statcounter.com/` (?), but that site doesn't load for me at the moment, and there's no readme or description on that (1 star) repo, or its associated account. Dialogflow CX is the most advanced dialog model with a combination of intents, events and a state machine for every flow.
