StarUML is recommended for software developers, architects, and analysts who are involved in the design and documentation of software projects. It is particularly useful for agile development environments and small to medium-sized teams looking for a comprehensive UML modeling tool without a steep learning curve or high cost.
StarUML might be a bit more popular than Overflow.io. We know about 5 links to it since March 2021 and only 4 links to Overflow.io. When visualizing complex user flows I find it more useful to present them in Overflow rather than Figma. It enables you to add connectors, shapes and labels and it's also much easier to share :) Just a suggestion since you clearly know your way around complex user flows and presenting them is an essential part of the process.
