The easiest way to get started is probably to do like costplusdrugs has done and use https://truepill.com/ since they have all the infrastructure needed as a white-label solution. No idea what they charge though, but getting the funding for a project surrounding providing cheap medicine through stuff such as crowdfunding would probably not be a hard task. Just want to make sure people are abundantly clear on this: there is NO such thing as a test to treat location. The promise of walking in with a positive test and walking out with paxlovid is 100% false. You will need a script from a separate location in order to obtain paxlovid at one of these fulfillment pharmacies. Those pharmacists CAN NOT script the paxlovid.
