StackBlitz Q-DirQ-Dir is most beneficial for power users, IT professionals, and anyone who frequently handles large volumes of files. It's also useful for those who work with multiple monitors or require an efficient way to transfer and organize files across different folders and drives.

Finally installed DesktopOK by SoftwareOK.com. It's a bit of a Swiss Army Knife application. It has a "Tools" setting to enable an Alt+MouseDrag to move and/or resize any window by using a precedence key + mouse movement.
