It monitors 14,000+ federal, state, local, education, and healthcare procurement sources daily, including registration-walled portals like IonWave, Bonfire, and PlanetBids, then uses AI to read each solicitation and its attachments and score it 0-100 against your specific business profile using Shipley Pwin methodology, with a plain-English explanation. Most tools stop at keyword alerts on titles; BidSparq tells you which bids you can actually win. It also ships a native MCP server, so you can use its research tools directly from Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT.

BidSparq started from a simple observation: public-sector opportunity data is scattered across thousands of disconnected portals, and the tools that consolidate it were built and priced for enterprise capture teams. Small firms were losing winnable contracts to information asymmetry, or burning weeks on proposals for bids that were never a realistic fit.
