All that is left of SI are clueless questioners and bitter, jaded responders. If you are creating Dynamic QR codes for free, it's most probably not safe. You may find QR code solutions like Beaconstac (http://beaconstac.com) which provide you a 14-day free trial to create dynamic QR codes but after the trial period ends, you will have to pay for a subscription to continue using them.
