I'm using the KIRI Engine in Blender to render splats from my photos (https://github.com/Kiri-Innovation/3dgs-render-blender-addon) and then process the image as I would my photography in Lightroom. Iphones that have the Lidar sensors on the back which can be used for real time scanning where you just walk around it. I use polycam since its free but it also has paid features. Theres a ton of others. https://poly.cam/. Source: about 3 years ago
