  • Reduces Customer Wait Times
The system is designed to streamline customer flow by organizing queues digitally, which helps minimize actual and perceived waiting times, improving overall customer satisfaction.
  • Localized for Dubai/UAE Market
Being based in Dubai and tailored for the regional market, EBR's system likely accounts for local business needs, multilingual support (Arabic/English), and compliance with regional standards.
  • Improves Operational Efficiency
By automating queue management, staff can serve customers more systematically, reducing manual errors and allowing better allocation of resources during peak hours.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement
Features like digital signage, mobile notifications, and virtual queuing can create a more modern, professional experience for customers visiting banks, hospitals, government offices, or retail locations.
  • Data and Analytics Capabilities
Queue management systems typically provide reporting and analytics on wait times, service times, and customer flow, helping businesses make data-driven decisions to optimize service delivery.

Possible disadvantages

  • Limited Publicly Available Information
Detailed technical specifications, pricing, and independent customer reviews for EBR's queue management system are not widely available, making it harder to fully evaluate the product before purchase.
  • Potential Implementation Costs
Like most enterprise queue management solutions, initial setup, hardware (kiosks, displays, printers), and integration with existing systems may require significant upfront investment.
  • Dependency on Vendor Support
Businesses adopting this system may become reliant on EBR for ongoing maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting, which could be a concern if support responsiveness varies.
  • Learning Curve for Staff
Employees will need training to effectively use the new system, which could temporarily disrupt operations during the transition period.
  • Regional Market Focus May Limit Scalability
Since the system appears tailored primarily for the Dubai/UAE market, businesses operating internationally may find it less suitable for multi-region deployment without additional customization.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Sriggle and EBR Queue Management System.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Sriggle's answer

Three major reasons: the depth of domain knowledge possessed by the team (with 30+ years of collective experience in the tourism industry, not just general software development experience), extensive integration capabilities (up to 200+ APIs that ship with the platform allow a quicker go live), and the ability to scale globally (as the platform caters to over 50+ nations around the world, with support for multiple currencies, languages, and foreign exchange), among others. Case studies of customers such as TUI India, Yatra, and Orient Tours using full-stack deployments are testament to the robustness of the solution.

What makes your product unique?

Sriggle's answer

Sriggle's flagship product, "Signature," is one of the few travel platforms in the market that offers a true end-to-end solution - covering front office, mid office, back office, and a fully integrated finance module - all within a single cloud-based application. It comes with pre-loaded master data for faster implementation, inbuilt AI for operational efficiency, and 200+ pre-integrated third-party APIs (GDS, bed banks, payment gateways, activity providers). It's also ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 compliant, which is rare for a travel-specific SaaS.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Sriggle's answer

B2B travel businesses looking to digitize and scale operations - specifically:

DMCs (Destination Management Companies) needing centralized operations, Tour Operators managing complex itineraries and supplier contracts ,OTAs requiring real-time inventory and booking automation ,MICE operators coordinating corporate events and group travel.

The sweet spot is mid-to-large travel companies in markets like the Middle East, South/Southeast Asia, Europe, and Africa that need a configurable, enterprise-grade system rather than a generic off-the-shelf tool.

What's the story behind your product?

Sriggle's answer

Sriggle was founded in 2015 by Sanjoy Bhattacharya, who previously served as VP and Head of Global IT at Kuoni Travel Group - one of the world's largest travel companies. Having managed technology across four continents (Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia, Americas), Sanjoy saw firsthand how fragmented and inefficient travel software was for operators and DMCs. He built Sriggle to fill that gap: a purpose-built, expert-led platform designed by people who truly understand travel business operations from the inside. The company is headquartered in India, with offices in Dubai and London.
