    A company called Granicus, they specialize in creating software solutions for governments. If you're interested I would recommend taking a look. They have a killer PTO policy, actually, it's an FTO (Flexible Time Off ) policy as long as you are in good standing and you're getting your work done they let you take as much time off as you want and there is no total overall limit on it.
