E.g. a viable product that has a viable market (demand), all the bells and whistles on your website + apps (great offer, trust badges, other apps), solid email marketing, facebook and instagram ENGAGEMENT or posts at the very least, good creatives to advertise via facebook or tiktok, instagram...... I have bought stuff from the US that does not ship to Norway by either using a forwarding service like jetcarrier.com that gives you a Norwegian adress to ship to. And I have used parcl.com - a site where regular people for a fee agree to forward packages or even buy it for you, deal with the seller, check the contents, send you pictures etc before shipping.
