SpiniX replaces outdated stamp cards and expensive loyalty apps with a simple, gamified system that works from day one. Here's how it works: you place a QR code at your tables. Guests scan it, spin a digital prize wheel, and win an instant reward like a free coffee or discount. Their prize is delivered via email and Apple Wallet with an expiration date, creating urgency to return. Behind the scenes, SpiniX automatically sends timed reminder emails based on the forgetting curve, prompting guests to redeem their prize and leave a Google review before they forget about your restaurant. No app download required. No hardware. Setup takes 15 minutes. Results from 70+ businesses across 8 countries: 33% Google review rate (vs 2% industry average), 46% email capture rate, and 21% return visit rate within 14 days. Available features include customizable prize wheels with adjustable win probabilities, automated email sequences, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet integration, real-time analytics dashboard, multi-language support, and NFC compatibility. Plans start at $29.99/month for a single location.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing SpiniX.so and DevLogs.

What makes your product unique?

SpiniX.so's answer

SpiniX turns every customer visit into a data collection moment through a gamified QR prize wheel. Guests scan, spin, and win — while the business collects email, phone number, and wallet pass in a single interaction. Unlike loyalty apps that require downloads, SpiniX works instantly from any phone camera with zero friction.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

SpiniX.so's answer

SpiniX combines three things competitors sell separately: gamified customer engagement, automated Google review collection, and a built-in email/WhatsApp campaign system. There's no app to download, no complex setup, and it starts working from the first scan. Pricing starts at €39.99/month — a fraction of what loyalty platforms charge for less functionality.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

SpiniX.so's answer

Independent restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, salons, and retail shops that want more Google reviews, higher repeat visit rates, and a guest database they actually own. Most customers are single-location businesses with 500-5000 monthly guests across Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

What's the story behind your product?

SpiniX.so's answer

SpiniX started in 2025 when the founder noticed restaurants were paying for ads to attract new customers but had no system to bring existing guests back. The idea was simple: what if every visit ended with a reason to return? A gamified prize wheel turned out to be that reason — guests love spinning, businesses love the data it collects and the reviews it generates.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

SpiniX.so's answer

  • React (TypeScript) frontend hosted on Netlify
  • Supabase (PostgreSQL + Edge Functions + Auth + Storage)
  • Stripe for billing
  • Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass generation
  • Twilio for WhatsApp messaging
  • Resend for transactional email
  • Claude and Gemini AI for review reply generation and analytics

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

  • Gamerland (Hungary — entertainment venue)
  • AROOM Kalandjátékok (Hungary — escape room chain)
  • Club 68 Pécs (Hungary — nightlife venue)
  • Game Up! Pub (Hungary — gaming pub)
  • PalacsintaPont (Hungary — restaurant)
