CV-Transformer is a powerful automation tool designed for recruitment agencies and hiring teams that want to produce beautifully formatted, shareable CVs in seconds. Instead of spending valuable time cleaning up inconsistent candidate resumes, recruiters can instantly transform any incoming CV (regardless of layout, language, or file type) into a clear, professional, and branded format that clients love.

At its core, CV-Transformer uses intelligent parsing to extract structured information from messy or unstandardized resumes. Skills, experience, education, and personal details are automatically identified and organized into a consistent template. Recruiters can choose from multiple modern layouts or create custom branded layouts that reflect their agencyโ€™s identity. With just a few clicks, a raw candidate document becomes a polished, client-ready profile.

CV-Transformer integrates seamlessly into existing workflows, supporting both manual uploads and automated imports from ATS systems like Salesforce, JobAdder and Greenhouse. Recruiters can quickly edit parsed data, adjust sections, and export the final result as a PDF or shareable web link. Team collaboration tools, and usage tracking help agencies maintain quality and oversee high-volume operations effortlessly.

Whether youโ€™re preparing candidate submissions, building talent pools, or enhancing your agencyโ€™s professional image, CV-Transformer eliminates repetitive formatting work and delivers consistent output every time. It helps agencies respond faster to clients, improves candidate presentation, and allows recruiters to focus on what matters mostโ€”finding and placing great talent.

CV-Transformer is the modern, efficient way to produce stunning, standardized CVs at scale.
