As answered by people managing SourceForge and Breakwaters.dev.
Breakwaters.dev's answer:
Choose Breakwater when the problem is upstream API-change risk, not generic webpage surveillance. It filters official changelog and release sources to the technologies in your Stack, highlights breaking changes, deprecations, security notices and explicit deadlines, and keeps the migration plan local. The vendor announcement remains the authority; Breakwater does not claim to predict changes or root cause.
Breakwaters.dev's answer:
Chrome Manifest V3, TypeScript, React 19, WXT, the Chrome Side Panel, a background service worker, browser storage, alarms and notifications, fast-xml-parser for RSS and Atom feeds, and optional exact-origin host permissions for user-added feeds. Pro licensing is validated through Polar.

Breakwater is for developers, platform engineers, API integration owners and technical leads who maintain production dependencies on third-party APIs, SDKs, cloud services and frameworks.
