Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing SolarWinds Patch Manager and Bitaker.

What makes your product unique?

Bitaker's answer:

The MetaTrader terminals run in isolated containers on our cloud, so there is no VPS to rent and no EA to install on every terminal. And instead of advertising a made-up "average latency", every copy's real command-to-fill latency and slippage against the master's price is measured and shown on the user's own link page.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Bitaker's answer:

Full-fidelity copying (pending orders, partial closes, SL/TP modifications, trailing-stop and breakeven automation) across different brokers and even across platforms (MT4↔MT5), with per-link risk controls: three lot-sizing modes and four independent protections. Pricing is one flat plan — first 2 copy links are free, then $10/month, no tiers.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Bitaker's answer:

Three groups: traders running several of their own accounts on one strategy, signal providers copying one master to many followers, and account managers driving client accounts from a single master. All retail/prosumer MetaTrader users.

What's the story behind your product?

Bitaker's answer:

Bitaker started from a practical frustration: copying trades between two accounts at different brokers meant renting a VPS, installing EAs on every terminal and debugging symbol-name mismatches by hand. We moved the whole thing into the cloud — terminals included — and added the transparency we wished existed: measured execution quality per link instead of marketing numbers.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Bitaker's answer:

Real MetaTrader 4/5 terminals running in isolated Docker containers, a Python (FastAPI) copy-routing engine, PostgreSQL and Redis, and a Next.js web portal.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Bitaker's answer:

Bitaker serves individual traders, signal providers and small account-management teams; we don't publish customer names.
