ScoreZen's answer:
ScoreZen combines live scorekeeping, spectator access and competition tools in one multi-sport platform. It supports 34 sports and works across the web, iOS, Android and large-screen displays.
ScoreZen's answer:
ScoreZen replaces separate score counters, spectator apps, tournament tools and physical scoreboard equipment with one accessible platform. It offers sport-specific scoring, real-time spectator synchronization, QR code sharing, TV display, match history and competition management. It can be used for a casual match, a club event or an organized tournament.
ScoreZen's answer:
ScoreZen is designed for players, coaches, referees, sports clubs, schools, associations and tournament organizers. It is especially useful for amateur and community sports where dedicated scoreboard equipment is unavailable, too expensive or difficult to deploy. Spectators and families also benefit by following matches live from any device.
ScoreZen's answer:
ScoreZen was created after identifying a recurring problem in amateur sports: scores are often recorded on paper, managed with basic counters or visible only to people standing beside the court. The goal was to make every match easier to manage and accessible to spectators. ScoreZen was developed by Pilovia as an independent, bootstrapped product and launched on the web, iOS and Android.
ScoreZen's answer:
ScoreZen uses Supabase for authentication, database services and real-time score synchronization. Its web platform is deployed through Vercel, while Stripe supports online payments. The product is distributed through the web, Apple App Store and Google Play.
ScoreZen's answer:
ScoreZen has recently launched publicly and does not yet disclose named major customers. The current adoption phase focuses on individual players, amateur clubs, coaches, referees and tournament organizers.

I'm pretty new to webscraping. I'm using selenium python to scrape sofascore.com for live sports scores. I'm only scraping one page (/favorites) and calling find_elements() about 15 times (I had planned for it to run every 30 seconds, but it could be less often if need be). I wrote all this last night and this morning found that my IP address was banned from sofascore. I hadn't taken any precautions to prevent... Source: about 3 years ago
Nothing too crazy here, but I took the match ratings from sofascore.com (https://www.sofascore.com/tournament/football/world/world-cup/16), and averaged out every team to see who was must-see tv and who, uh, wasn't. This is less about finding out which teams were the best and more about finding out which teams were high-event/chaotic. Source: over 3 years ago
I used SofaScore as my source for red cards received during the last world cup tournaments from 1974, when red cards were officially used for the first time. There is also a complete list on Wikipedia. Source: over 3 years ago
