Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing SmartMetrics and Socket for Python.

What makes your product unique?

SmartMetrics's answer

SmartMetrics consolidates client onboarding, project collaboration, feedback collection, and testimonial management into a single platform - eliminating the tool fragmentation agencies typically struggle with. What truly sets it apart is our premium model: yearly subscribers can request custom features tailored to their specific agency workflows, delivered within 1-3 weeks.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

SmartMetrics's answer

Unlike generic CRM tools, SmartMetrics is purpose-built for agency-client dynamics. You get a fully personalized client experience with custom landing pages, relationship health tracking, and branded feedback collection - all without stitching together multiple subscriptions. Plus, the platform evolves with your needs through custom feature development rather than forcing you to adapt to rigid software.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

SmartMetrics's answer

Agencies managing retainer and project-based client relationships who want better visibility into client satisfaction and relationship health. It's ideal for teams juggling multiple client touchpoints and seeking to professionalize their client experience without the overhead of managing disparate tools.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

SmartMetrics's answer

OpenAI, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Neon (PostgreSQL), Redis, and Vercel.

What's the story behind your product?

SmartMetrics's answer

We're a marketing agency that got tired of juggling five different tools just to manage client relationships properly. One platform for onboarding, another for collaboration, a separate tool for collecting feedback, yet another for testimonials - it was exhausting and expensive. Worse, our clients were getting a fragmented experience that didn't reflect the quality of our actual work.

So we built SmartMetrics - the unified platform we wished existed. It started as an internal solution to streamline our own client management, and when other agency owners kept asking how we ran things so smoothly, we realized the problem was bigger than us. Now we're sharing it with agencies who are just as fed up with tool overload as we were.
