  I've been using skyfi.com to acquire satellite imagery, which is easy to use, and not too expensive. Google Earth can be valuable but the data isn't current, which is a huge limitation. Source: over 3 years ago

  Here you can order a new image http://skyfi.com for $175, still wouldn’t recommend it for tracking your husband. Source: over 3 years ago
