Features and specs

What each product offers, as listed by its team.

Skuru 5 features
Objects 5 features
  • Visual API Development
Skuru provides a visual, low-code approach to building APIs and backend services, making it easier for developers and non-developers alike to create and manage APIs without extensive hand-coding.
  • Rapid Prototyping
The platform enables fast development and iteration, allowing teams to quickly prototype and deploy backend services, reducing time-to-market for applications.
  • Integration Capabilities
Skuru offers connectors and integration tools that simplify connecting to databases, third-party services, and other data sources, streamlining the process of building data-driven applications.
  • Reduced Boilerplate Code
By abstracting common backend patterns into visual components, Skuru reduces the amount of repetitive boilerplate code developers need to write, improving productivity.
  • Cloud-Ready Deployment
The platform is designed with cloud deployment in mind, making it straightforward to deploy and scale services in modern cloud environments.

Possible disadvantages

  • Limited Community and Ecosystem
As a relatively niche and lesser-known platform, Skuru has a smaller community compared to mainstream frameworks, which means fewer tutorials, third-party plugins, and community support resources.
  • Vendor Lock-In Risk
Relying on Skuru's proprietary visual tooling and platform may create dependency, making it difficult to migrate to other solutions or frameworks if needs change in the future.
  • Limited Customization for Complex Logic
While visual/low-code tools work well for standard use cases, implementing highly complex or custom business logic may be more constrained compared to traditional hand-coded approaches.
  • Learning Curve for the Platform
Despite being a visual tool, users still need to learn Skuru's specific paradigms, interface, and conventions, which may take time especially for developers accustomed to traditional coding workflows.
  • Unclear Pricing and Scalability at Enterprise Level
As a smaller platform, there may be limited transparency around pricing tiers and how well the solution scales for large enterprise workloads, making it harder to evaluate for bigger projects.
  • Decentralized Object Storage
Objects.to provides decentralized storage solutions, allowing users to store data across distributed networks rather than relying on a single centralized server, which enhances data resilience and reduces single points of failure.
  • Web3 and Blockchain Integration
The platform is designed with Web3 principles in mind, making it well-suited for developers building decentralized applications (dApps) that need reliable and censorship-resistant storage.
  • Simple API and Developer Experience
Objects.to offers a straightforward API that makes it relatively easy for developers to integrate decentralized storage into their projects without needing deep expertise in the underlying protocols.
  • Content Persistence
Data stored through Objects.to benefits from content-addressable storage mechanisms, helping ensure that files remain available and verifiable over time without risk of link rot or unauthorized modification.
  • Cost-Effective Storage
Compared to traditional cloud storage providers, Objects.to can offer competitive pricing by leveraging decentralized storage networks, potentially reducing costs for developers and businesses storing large amounts of data.

Possible disadvantages

  • Limited Mainstream Adoption
Objects.to is a relatively niche platform compared to established cloud storage providers like AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage, which means fewer community resources, tutorials, and third-party integrations are available.
  • Performance and Latency Concerns
Decentralized storage can sometimes suffer from higher latency and slower retrieval speeds compared to centralized cloud services that have globally distributed CDNs and optimized infrastructure.
  • Reliability and Uptime Uncertainty
As a smaller and newer platform, Objects.to may not offer the same level of guaranteed uptime and SLAs that enterprise-grade centralized storage providers commit to.
  • Learning Curve for Non-Web3 Developers
Developers unfamiliar with decentralized storage concepts, content addressing, and Web3 paradigms may face a steeper learning curve when adopting Objects.to compared to traditional storage solutions.
  • Limited Documentation and Support
Being a smaller platform, Objects.to may have less comprehensive documentation, fewer support channels, and slower response times for troubleshooting compared to major cloud providers with dedicated support teams.

Overall verdict

  • Skuru.io appears to be a niche software/service product, but without verified, up-to-date details on its current features, pricing, and user reviews, a definitive quality assessment cannot be confidently provided.

Overall verdict

  • Objects.to is a niche link-in-bio and personal landing page tool. Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Skuru and Objects.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Skuru's answer

Skuru is built on a modern web stack using AI and machine learning for invoice parsing and data extraction, cloud infrastructure for instant sync between mobile photo upload and the web platform, and a REST API architecture that enables direct integrations with inventory systems, POS platforms, and accounting software including QuickBooks.

What makes your product unique?

Skuru's answer

  • Skuru is the only system agnostic AI invoice reader built specifically for small businesses and warehouses
  • Works with every POS and inventory system on the market — no switching required
  • Phone photo upload lets you photograph a paper invoice and it syncs instantly to the web version
  • Automatic retail price calculation using your custom markup percentage
  • Restock detection that recognizes returning items from import history
  • Direct QuickBooks integration so everything stays in sync automatically
  • CSV and Excel export as a universal fallback that works with every system out of the box

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Skuru's answer

Every competitor either requires you to be on their specific platform or only works with large enterprise vendors through EDI connections. Skuru works with any vendor invoice in any format on any system. Whether you are on Square, QuickBooks, Cin7, Zoho, or a completely custom setup Skuru reads your invoices and generates your inventory data automatically. You do not need to switch systems, sign a long term contract, or change how you work. Skuru fits into your existing operation from day one.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Skuru's answer

Small business owners, warehouse operators, and operations managers who receive vendor invoices regularly and currently enter every line item manually into their inventory or accounting system. Specifically warehouses and fulfillment companies, specialty retail shops, HVAC and field service businesses, ecommerce brands managing physical inventory, and boutique owners dealing with high SKU volume from multiple vendors. The ideal customer is anyone who feels the direct financial pain of hours spent on manual data entry every week.

What's the story behind your product?

Skuru's answer

I kept watching small business owners and warehouse operators spend hours every week manually typing vendor invoices line by line into their inventory systems. Hours of tedious work producing zero value that was also surprisingly error prone. Every business I talked to had the same problem and none of them knew a solution existed. So I built Skuru. From the beginning the goal was simple — make it work with every system, keep it easy enough that anyone can use it on day one, and eliminate manual invoice entry entirely. We are live, processing real invoices, and growing.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Skuru's answer

Skuru is currently in early growth stage with active customers including a warehouse operation and a specialty retail shop. We are closing our first ten customers now across warehouse, fulfillment, field service, and specialty retail verticals.
