Most AI writing tools can generate prose, but they struggle with long-form continuity. Skald Scribe uses a Story Blueprint, Master Ledger, and multi-agent manuscript pipeline to track characters, world rules, plot threads, decisions, and chapter-to-chapter story state across an entire book.

It is also bring-your-own-key, so users can connect their own Gemini or Claude API key and pay the AI provider directly instead of paying a markup.

Skald Scribe came from repeated testing of AI fiction tools and running into the same problem: AI could write scenes and chapters, but it often failed to hold an entire novel together.

Characters drifted. Plot threads disappeared. World rules changed. The story started forgetting itself after a few chapters.

Skald Scribe was built to solve that problem with a structured manuscript engine instead of one long chat. The product uses a Story Blueprint, Master Ledger, and six-agent workflow to plan, write, inspect, edit, and update story state across a full manuscript.

The goal is simple: help authors finish complete novels with continuity that holds.
